Click here to schedule your free consultation. When you first call I’ll ask you to briefly describe the issues we’ll be talking about so I can be prepared for our first meeting. I’ll also ask for your email address so I can email you some documents to be filled out before your first session. If you don’t have an email or would prefer to not give it out that’s okay. You can fill out the documents at your first session.

All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-in appointments are not available.

Fees

Scott Waters: Couples & Individual Sessions: $155 & Couples Session: $175

Alex Parker: Individual Sessions: $100 / Couples Session: $125

All counseling sessions are a standard 50 minutes in length.

"Do you take insurance?"

Scott, only take one insurance. It is PacificSource Commercial. Unfortunately, Tony and Alex do not take any insurance at this time. This is an intentional choice due to the limitations many providers place on the therapeutic process. Here are the benefits of not going through insurance for your counseling…

  • Increased confidentiality because you do not share your personal and protected information with insurance companies

  • There is no limit to how many sessions you can have

  • You do not reduce your identity to a diagnosis

  • You get to dictate your priorities and treatment in therapy

  • You are not limited to only the professionals that insurance company chooses

You have the ability to submit each session for reimbursement with your insurance provider, if you choose. Inquire with me for more information about this process.

"Do you have a sliding scale?"

Instead of a sliding fee scale, I have a limited number of reduced fee sessions available at various times. If these slots are filled, a waiting list is available.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be received by phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your schedule session time. All cancellations received with less than 24 hour notice and/or no shows will be charged the full session fee and will be due by the next scheduled session.
